15mm M3 lead screw slider stepper motor features:
SM15-45L is a precision miniature stepping motor equipped with a bracket, a lead screw and a relative motion slider. The output shaft has a lead screw with a pitch of 0.5mm, and the lead screw and the lead screw supported by the lead screw rotate into thrust.
The basic step angle of the motor is 18 degrees, and the motor runs 20 steps per week, so the displacement resolution can reach 0.02mm, achieving the purpose of precise control.
In terms of actuators, the subdivision drive method is used to satisfy.
The input part of the motor is FPC, but it can be changed to the form of connecting wire, PCB, etc. according to customer needs.
Mounting brackets can be replaced according to customer requirements.

3. The stroke can be customized according to customer requirements, and the effective stroke of the motor can be customized within a certain range, mainly considering the diameter and length of the lead screw.
Usually the maximum length of M2 screw is 50mm, M3 screw is 100mm, M4 screw is 100mm. We can also do 150mm. Small motors use a lead screw with an excessively large diameter, which consumes a lot of power, so comprehensive consideration should be taken when selecting a motor.
4. The material of the slider is generally plastic, which is easy to form and economical.
When there are special use environments and requirements, the slider can also use metal parts.
Of course, the cost will be relatively high, which is determined according to the customer's requirements for the shape and size of the slider.
